It should be mentioned that you can get omega-3 fatty acids from kiwi fruit. But how do you lose weight with EFAs like omega-3? Studies have found that essential fatty acids help in the promotion of a healthy cardiovascular system. If you've got a cardio system that's in good healthy, you'll have better blood circulation as a result. Optimal blood circulation means a body that is functioning at a higher level.
