This really is what he mentioned;

When I was 33 years old, I realized that I was feeling tired all of the time. It became extremely tough for me to wake up inside the mornings and I never felt that I had a superb night's sleep. I had gained 90 pounds previously three years and I thought that my issue was related to the weight gain. A couple of years past and I was tired each component of the day. I could not get enough sleep to make me feel rested.

One night, although I was sleeping, my wife awakened having a fright. She looked more than at me and noticed that I was not breathing. She shook me and woke me up just adequate for me to start breathing once again. When she told me about this the subsequent day, I thought that she had a poor dream and was just thinking that I was not breathing. To be honest, I believed that she had lost her thoughts. This continued and it began producing it challenging for my wife to sleep without having fearing that I was going to stop breathing. Since I knew she was losing sleep over this, I decided to speak to my physician.

Right after getting a sleep study which needed me to remain in the hospital overnight, the physician told me that I was living with Sleep Apnea. This is not news that anyone really desires to hear, but I was pleased to have an answer. The cause that I was often tired was a direct result of the Sleep Apnea. With Sleep Apnea, I was losing oxygen and losing sleep. When they performed the study, they identified that I'd stop breathing and following a time frame, would take a gasp of air. Each time I took that deep breath, I was awakened enough to exactly where I had to go back to sleep. I didn't don't forget waking up at any point inside the night.

As you are able to see living with Sleep Apnea is not fun. It truly is truly extremely scary to fall asleep at night knowing the risks. Having Sleep Apnea will change your life. You really feel tired and week. There are even times where you'll fall asleep in meetings or whilst driving just as a result of the Sleep Apnea. I've been dealing with this disorder for years now and the only factor that has helped me make it by means of is my (CPAP) breathing machine. This machine helps me continue to breathe by forcing air via my nostrils. I know this sounds bad, but you must take it from someone who has been there, I would rather use this machine than live with the feelings brought on by Sleep Apnea. If you feel that you may suffer from Sleep Apnea, do not ignore the symptoms. Seek specialist assistance.
